REGISTER FOR OASIS
Follow our guide for a simple and quick registration.
$60 Per PErson, 1 adult free per 5 students.
If you need to drop spots after registration, you can do so without penalty until October 25 by emailing oasisconf@gmail.com.
After October 25, we will be unable to refund any unfilled spots you registered for.
STEP 1:
REGISTER YOUR STUDENTS
Registration includes lunch on Saturday. Each student for Oasis is required to fill out a separate digital student release form that should be completed by parent/guardian before you arrive. See instructions on student release form page.
STEP 2:
Register your free leaders first.
For every five students that you register for Oasis, you get an adult leader registration for free! Please register your free adults here.
(example: 42 students and 10 adults = 8 free adults, 2 paid adults. Register 8 here.)
Step 3:
Now Register the other leaders that you need to pay for...
NOTE: use this to register the adult leader spots remaining AFTER accounting for one free adult spots per 5 students.

Step 4:
DON’T FORGET Student form AND LODGING!
1) Each student attending Oasis will need to have an Oasis Student Release form filled out by parent/guardian before arriving at Oasis. These are done online this year, so checkout out the digital student form page for more details on how to send that form out! Form instructions here!
2) We don't recommend sleeping on the streets of Manhattan for this trip. You will have many angry parents! If you need help on finding a hotel or getting a good rate, check out our selected hotel partners.
STEP 5:
COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION and pay
Click on "Cart" in the corner of your screen, then follow the payment process to complete your registration and give us more information about your group.
