REGISTER FOR OASIS

Follow our guide for a simple and quick registration.

$70 Per Person, 1 adult free per 5 students.

If you need to drop spots after registration, you can do so without penalty until October 12th, 2025 by emailing oasisconf@gmail.com.
After October 12th, 2025 we will be unable to refund any unfilled spots you registered for.

Registration cost after October 19th is $85.00 per spot.


STEP 1:

This is a new process, but our hope is that registration is a cleaner process this year. You can also pre-order the Oasis theme shirt for this year’s conference here. Pre-orders will close October 1st so that we can assure we can get the shirts in time, but there will be merch at the conference as well if you didn’t get it ordered before the cutoff.


STEP 2: 

Check the email you gave us in your youth pastor registration form

You will receive an email from the Oasis Student Conference with a link to send students and a link to send leaders. This is how we are making sure churches know who has filled out registration forms for their group.


Step 3:

DON’T FORGET Student form AND LODGING! 

1) Each student attending Oasis will need to have an Oasis Student Release Form filled out by parent/guardian before arriving at Oasis. These are done online. We will send you the links within 2-3 business days of registering your group that you can send to parents/guardians. The email you register with will receive all the Oasis Student Release Forms as they are filled out.
